We got our Golden Retriever Zara about 5 months ago from a breeding Kennel and she was very shy a bit anxious and not much like a Golden at all. When we heard about Headley and how good he is with dogs we immediately signed her up to be apart of his pack. Day by day we noticed her to become more confident and come out of her shell a bit. I think she personally looks forward to her time with him and his pack because my friend that lives in my condo has spotted Zara with Headley and mentioned that she looks like she is smiling every time she see's her. 
Fast forward 5 months to now, we have a Golden that is playful, bold, loving, is more comfortable with play around other dogs and has found her true Golden self. In fact, she even knows where Cooper lives (another dog in the building that Headley takes) and everytime she see's Cooper she is like a puppy running and circling around him.
When she goes out on cold, wet and muddy days.. we have never come home to a dirty dog because Headley takes care of everything. 
We especially loved the pictures and updates that he gave us everyday on how she did with her walk.
Sadly, we are moving and we will miss Headley more than he will ever know. Zara will surely miss him and all her friends

Hi Headley,I wanted to express my greatest gratitude to you for taking such excellent care of Piper. She is so excited when you come to get her and looks forward to your trips to the park and I know that she has the most amazing time with you. She perks up every time she hears your name! I know that she is in great hands with you and we trust you so much with our little baby. Everyday she comes back from the park she is happy and exhausted. You've done a fantastic job working with her and training her to listen to you (and that's not always easy with northern breeds!) I especially love that you've let us know that she's been helpful introducing new dogs to the pack. They truly all are your little family!You've really gone above and beyond letting us know if there are any issues or just letting us know that she simply had a great day and sending us a few pictures of Piper having fun. I've had other dog walkers in the past that have been really good but you've exceeded all of them. We are so lucky to have found you. I also wanted to thank you for helping us out a few times in a pinch over a weekend to come by and take her for a walk and potty break. It's nice to get text/email updates to let us know all went well and we can relax to enjoy a night out. Thanks again for everything... we appreciate everything you do for us and Piper!!

To simply state it, Headley cares. He cares a whole lot.
Aside from Headley's extensive knowledge of canines, it's his enthusiasm, passion, work-ethic, and true love for dogs that sets him above and beyond the rest. He treats each and every one of his pack members as his own and I don't say that lightly. 
If you want a trainer and/or dog-walker who will care for yours as if he/she was his own, always has your beloved family member's well-being in mind, brings home clean dogs no matter how dirty or muddy they get, updates you with fun-filled pictures and reports after a good time out on the park, and provides a professional service that shows you that he cares then look no further - you've just finished reading about him.

Hey Headley,
I wanted to send a note to express my thanks for all that Aces High Dog Training has accomplished for Piper Dundee of East Hastings (Hollowshot) and I. Generations of my family have kept Border Collies on their dairy farms in Ontario (calling them the Laddies) but this special breed needs particular guidance to adapt to city living where the cows and sheep are not available in abundance.
While Piper has graduated from puppy school and two levels of Agility, as a year old dog, she still requires exercise and stimulation.
The services of Aces High Dog Training are awesome,

Flexible services according to the needs of my schedule- which may include full or partial days
Specific coaching on signals and language
Direction for modifying or building on particular behaviours
A clean, smiling, tired and happy dog returned safely each day

The satisfaction of belonging to a pack of her own in the company of your crew of dogs

The expectation fulfilled that Aces High will be there for her each day as scheduled

Aces High daycare has become my 11-month-old retriever’s home away from home.  If you are looking for a caring, personalized, and professional dog-sitting service, Headley’s Aces High is the place for you.  Every day my pup gets exercise, playtime, affection, a few training tips, and even a little treat to go home with on special occasions.  I receive pictures of my young guy running and playing, as well as a daily email outlining the day’s events.  Right away I knew I had found an incredible daycare: the price is amazing; the payments are easy to make; the communication is clear, consistent, and immediate; and, the times and dates are flexible.  Headley really gets to know your dog, which helped my Finley when he was quite ill in the early months of his life.  Headley alerted me that something was not right, but within two weeks of listening to his advice, my pup was getting better.  Now, he’s a 65lb healthy and exuberant boy.  I can’t praise Aces High’s daycare team enough. I’m so thankful they exist, as every day I am confident I will come home to a tired yet totally fulfilled dog.

I want express my extreme gratitude and appreciation for all the time and effort that you put into walking and working with my crazy little dog, Fergus. Finding a great dog walker that would even consider working and walking with a dog like mine was a HUGE relief.  Your dog walking services came highly recommended and I must say, they have lived up to every compliment I had heard and then some! You have extensive knowledge concerning different breeds of dogs and know how to take care of each one of your pack individually as well as a group. You always are dependable, show up on time and are extremely trust worthy.You give me great advise on how to deal with his “quirks”, and are very patient with his issues. You have taught him things that I never could. You are the true dog whisperer!

We can't say enough positive things about Headley with Aces High dog walking services. Our dog Cooper loves him like crazy. It makes such a huge difference to us to be able to go to work knowing that Cooper is being well looked after and gives us peace of mind. Since Cora joined Headley's dog walking group, we have come home each day to an exhausted, happy dog. Cora waits by the window all morning for her pick-up and frantically wags her tail in excitement when Headley pulls into the driveway. She never glances back at us as she is led out the door, which shows us how much she adores and trusts Headley. Headley is very professional, keeping us updated on Cora's day-to-day activities and alerting us if anything seems unusual with her health or behaviour. He promptly replies to our questions and is available with little notice to check in on her if the need arises. As a bonus, he does a great job of  cleaning her off after the muddiest of days at the park! We would highly recommend Headley to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional dog walker to take care of your pup.
